Ron and April’s vision for Tampa Family Resources is to provide chaplaincy services, counseling services and educational services that encourage, educate and empower individuals to experience fulfillment by developing healthy relationships with family, friends and coworkers.

Ron & April Beck

Director of Chaplaincy Services: Dr. Ron Beck

Ron's passion to impact lives is seen as he develops relationships with employees in the workplace. Ron's education has prepared him well for chaplaincy work. His Doctoral work was done at Liberty Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, Virgina, where Ron has designed a 14 week course entitled “Blending Your Family 101” to assist stepfamilies as they adjust to new family relationships. . Ron provides pre-marital counseling, marriage counseling, blended family counseling and coaches men to be all that God created them to be at home and on the job.

Director of Counseling and Educational Services: April Beck

April is a Board Certified Biblical Counselor certified through the International Board of Christian Counselors. She has a B.A. in Christian counseling, numerous certifications from the American Association of Christian Counselors, a teaching certification from The Happiest Baby on the Block and Florida's Child Development Associate certification. She provides counseling for youth, women and couples. She is passionate about facilitating restoration of marriages and parent/child relationships. Her work with women struggling with depression focuses on giving them the tools they need to move from surviving to thriving!

Ron and April are available to speak at seminars or conferences for men, women, couples, parents and stepparents. Ron is also available for preaching engagements.

From website design to plan implementation, David is highly skilled and has made the services of Tampa Family Resources available to our community and beyond.
